A modern learning environment for Dunedin’s oldest school.

With buildings dating from the late 1800s to the 1960s, Arthur Street Primary School sits high above street level on two terraced areas. The site’s steep topography was a significant challenge as Boffa Miskell’s design team developed plans for a new modern learning environment that includes indoor / outdoor spaces.

The upgrades are being completed in two stages so the school can continue to run during the construction, and pupils can watch the school taking shape.
